      Colleagues and some leadership are really great. The new brand and the culture that is being created right now is incredible. Night and day difference from ACS and from Xerox. Seeing a focus and energy throughout the org that is energizing.

      Cons

      Services is a tough industry to work in, by its nature it is lean.
