Job was pretty cool, flexibility in schedule

Cons

HEAVY call volume, never not enough with supervisors even if metrics is perfect , they don’t let anyone off on S&S unless you want a late schedule

- Very relaxed atmosphere - Community based - Spacious cubicles

Cons

- Poor management (especially night shift but applies top down) - Constant changing of standards - The vending machine ate my dollars more times than I can count

micromanaged to the fullest, cameras were required without telling us upfront after being laid off
