      There is no reason to work in Conduent. It is basically a tool based company that you'll not be going to use in any other organization. They will offer you a handsome salary but you'll start regretting after one or two months of joining. So if you have any other offer then choose that over this maybe they'll offer you a good salary but they will ruin your knowledge and skills. Don't join this organization as a Developer.

      Cons

      Poor Management, some teams are working so hard and some are not doing anything at all. No future here.
