Too much micromanagement, absolutely no work hours flexibility,no bonuses/raise,no stocks, no work from home because apparently the manager thinks working from home isn't a thing.

1. They will say that you will work on development projects but there are no dev projects. Only support projects that too are on outdated technologies. 2. No documentation. No process. 3. The mess can accommodate 150 -200 people but not even a single glass to drink water. Not even of disposable. 4. They will promise for Car parking but that is only for first come first serve. 5. If you are ambitious and want to shape your career then stay away from this company. 6. They can even fire you if your manager have a grudge against you. 7. HR is only for stamping. No use. 8. Managers are (over)smart enough by asking their team to work on public holiday even for 3 hours. They cant calculate that for 3 hours office work team has to come to office by commuting 1-2hours one side. Pathetic..! 9. Not recommended if you want to grow.
