Pros

All that is required for employment is a high school diploma, clean background check and drug screening. Depending on which team you are on the pay is considerably very reasonable.

Cons

I have not been there for very long but i have heard complaints from others who have that there is not a lot of room for growth or raises. However, recently we were notified that people will be eligible for raises every 6 months based on performance. So we will see what that looks like in a couple of months.
