      * Steady income * Flexible work environment and work schedule

      Cons

      * Basically no benefits. * There is no yearly plan for salary increase. Whatever its your initial salary that's what would stick for years. * No career growth plans. There are job offers internally, there is very little follow up even if you do so via their internal portal. Not even an email rejecting or accepting your application.

      Work-Life Balance US Govt Projects Good Package

      Cons

      Management is not Transparent. They work on your back. The transformation from Xerox to Conduent affected the employees very badly. Location Uncertainty. Most of the Projects are outsourced to Vendor. Old Technology and Maintenance/Enhancement Projects only.
