      Good Environment! Team Bonding! Overall Good! Less Work Load! Easily Manage the Job and Family!

      Appraisal Problem! Not so much was learned apart from the Domain Knowledge. No extra income during the year. No extra activities! Less Skilled Enhancement!

      1. HR doesn't go by the company policy 2. No salary hike 3.All the upper management act like they are the owner of the company. 4. Not sure why company guards don't behave good with the employees. 5. It seems that HR has strict instructions to guard to not let anyone meet with them. 6. There is something wrong with is organisation. They seems to be a secret society where you are asked a lot of questions if you wish to meet HR, upper management people.
