      Great place to work

      Pros

      - They have some really impressive (confidential) clients - Great product and development practices! - Very smart and kind group of people - HR is very responsive to feedback - Now that we've truly settled into the new space, the office is pretty nice - 9-5 hours (I guess this is only worth pointing out if you're used to 9-6)

      Cons

      - I think we need to work on being more adept at some of our development practices, such as TDD - While I've never had to work overtime so far personally, I would like to see sustainable work hours be more of a core value at the company. I've noticed that we seem to be kind of "okay" with people working overtime hours to get their work done, or occasionally scheduling meetings outside of 9-5 that you don't TECHNICALLY need to go to, but that you might feel weird not attending. I think if we don't explicitly discourage overtime I could very easily see things getting to a bad place.

      Pros

      I'm still rather new, but everything has been really great so far. A few highlights below -Some of the most kind and smart people I've ever worked with -You have the ability to collaborate and work with people across all different teams -So many learning opportunities, from lunch and learns, to roundtables to microlearns, and product demos -The products being created are really awesome, its exciting to see the impact Connected has!

      -Not enough dogs in the office!

      Pros

      - Culture is superb, everyone can't do enough to help you and it has a real family feel - Due to the recent success and rapid expansion the opportunity to make a big impact in the direction the business goes is massive. - Working with the most reputable current companies to date - Brilliant working space, table tennis, pool, ps4, fully stocked snacks, drinks etc. - High emphasis on company engagement and social events - Everyone is extremely intelligent and pushes each-other to create their best work - Integration between teams - Work/Life Balance

      - The protein bars go to quick
