      Culture, work/life balance are great. Management supports your development and sponsors learning.

Thanks for your feedback on our total rewards package. Just this month, we shared that we are introducing extended health benefits to support individuals' overall well-being. We increased our coverage for mental health practitioner support, introduced a Health Services Spending Account (HSSA) and a Long Term Disability plan, this way Connectors can take what they need in order to best support their overall well-being for the long term.       Pros

      Remote first, Cross-disciplinary teams allow for impactful and exciting projects. Extremely kind and thoughtful people all the way up to leadership. One of the best work/ life balance environment I've seen. Unique and amazing place to work overall

      Cons

      Vacation may feel limiting for some that are used to more time off (at the moment stands at 3 weeks + 1 office close during holidays). But they balance this with giving afternoon off in some cases . Not a lot of cons

      Pros

      Management is constantly trying to improve culture even in a remote setting. I can see the effort they take to make employees more satisfied. Keep up the great work!

      Cons

      No stock unfortunately but there is a bonus program!
