Though we are glad that you enjoy our company culture and community, we regret to hear you don't feel the company' strategy is clear enough. Early last year, we took upon ourselves to set up clearer goals to ensure we are all on the same boat with one clear heading: to become the world's leading Commerce Media Platform. To that extent, we have implemented regular follow-up processes, along with global All-Hands meetings where the corporate strategy and mid/long-term goals are cascaded to the teams.
