- Great colleagues - Great benefits - Fun culture - Opportunity to travel internationally

Cons

- Smaller in Singapore (vs other locations) so unless you are willing to relocate sometimes more difficult to find career progression

Good values, great atmosphere, lots of interesting coworkers

Cons

High workload, work might get repetitive in a mid-term easily. Although the company doesn't directly promote extra-hours execution, it is difficult to balance professional x personal life.
