      Super-smart people Beautiful offices with great rooftops Great benefits including events, catering, holidays Great opportunities to work on challenging work

      Cons

      You need to like speed, be aware that a lot of things change with the 'real-time test and learn' culture and be ready to find your own path (smart people can work it out!). Imagine fast ... this feels faster.
