Pros

I've been here for three years working in their Paris offices and I've been enjoying it lot. It's very stimulating. I met lots of smart and nice people. I seized the opportunity to self-educate myself on databases with the help of the best specialists there are.

Cons

Lack of formal training opportunities: there's no one in charge of training in this company and I have to pay for my own language classes.

Pros

Giving great responsibilities to the employees very quickly, amazing colleagues, very cool workplace, interesting product and technology. The company is human sized which is enabling incredible relationships with colleague, during and after the workday.

Cons

Not best in-class salary, huge treatment difference between core functions like r&d and support functions like finance or IT. Criteo can do better in this area.

Criteo Response

Hi there - thanks for your feedback and review, really appreciate it. Firstly, we love the perks too :). Thank you! On the career growth perspective - you're right, this is especially challenging for our internal IT teams in the regions, where a lot of the department is centralized in Paris. But this is exactly why we are rolling out Career Paths as high priority initiative in Criteo. Everyone, no matter what role, will have visibility into how they can progress - either in their team or otherwise. We've also just had a new leader for the Americas start, and one of his primary responsibilities will be to work with the team on their development. I hope you start to see the changes over the next few months!
