Pros

Schenker Australia used to be great place to work. But it is totally different now after the management changed. Great Culture has been 'MASSIVELY LOSS'.

Cons

Senior Leadership is Too Proud to listen and see what is happening around. People are leaving in bulk and they are still ignoring. Rest of the staffs are suffering to cover 2/3 people jobs.

Pros

Flexible time at least in my team. Nice office. Nice job for 18 months. Nice events where CEO will tell you how amazing they are. Management care about budget and shareholders very much. The company is growing very much during COVID, so its stable from that perspective.

Cons

Contract review and salary review rules are not clear, they improvise. Managers and HR in TSC Warsaw does not care at all about employees, real life situation, inflation... They pretend they have big values for the employee, but when you ask for something, everything is impossible to do, because everything its to risky for the company. Even if the company is growing, don't expect that you will get beneficts from that.
