      Pros

      As a logistics employee, I find the working environment to be good and the job to be low-pressure. The company provides full benefits, and holiday bonuses are fully covered.

      Cons

      On the other hand, there are some aspects I don't particularly like. The salary policy seems to be only average compared to the industry standard. Additionally, team-building activities are no longer organized.

      Hours were good and compensation was competitive

      Cons

      They only want to listen to one side. When a employee complains against another employee and they are female and black the company will side with them and not have any meeting or investigation into the claims
