Great people to work with. High paced environment with new challenges every day.

Cons

Poor communication between management/leadership and staff. Poor work environment where management criticizes rather than provide constructive feedback, and work with you to find a solution and for you to improve skills. Leadership is not approachable and you feel they do not have your back.

Easy To Get Hired; Not Worth Staying

Easy to get hired and a nice pay bump from very low wage jobs like retail and fast food.

Cons

Cap out pay after a few years with little possibility of advancement. Lacking in defined policies and procedures from things as basic as day to day work practices to things as personally essential as wage progressions. Work there for a little while if you must for a bit of experience and then take that experience elsewhere. Dead-end job if there ever was one.
