Pros

Being a large corporation, there is a lot of stuff one can potentially learn. Free bus shuttle services for Singapore employees. Co-workers are mostly friendly and helpful. A lot of OT hours.

Cons

Workload is often given too much to individuals. Workers are often seen as a headcount not as a person. Poor communication between workers and their management, which usually ends up with a lot of miscommunication and animosity. A lot of OT hours.

the systems are horrible and not at all user friendly. Company has tons of ridiculous policies. Pay you so cheap and will let you drowning in work and then tell you that what youre working so slow. I'm counting days until I leave Schenker

Cons

i like my coworkers. Not always get along with them but for the most parts they are nice and easy to work with
