Fantastic coworkers and vendors with whom to work. Work-Life balance was great prior to mandatory OT.

Cons

Mandatory OT announced one business day prior to initialized. 20 hours a week, hard labor, not discussed prior to hire or during interview or during onboarding. Pay is ok, but less than what security guards make just basically sitting around all shift with minor tasks to perform. Leadership really doesn't want to get to know you or help you do the job tasks - my supervisor couldn't perform my job at all and would disappear for hours nearly every day.
