Easy enough environment to work in. Managers don't care if your doing a good job so no pressure which is positive in this type of company. If they don't care why should I.

Cons

Management in Shannon simply don't care about Dublin staff. We are the poor relations and nothing we did was ever recognised. Hence managers in Dublin don't care either.
