Pros

There is plenty of work, usually due to being highly unorganized and dysfunctional but hourly employees do enjoy the OT. A lot of departments do a temp-to-hire, so people can gain experience which is good.

Cons

Management is highly dysfunctional Senior management picks and chooses only buddies of theirs to move up, so a regular person can only go so far Pay is based when you come in, so if you dont come in high, you’ll never get a fair shake, Pay is near the bottom of the industry standards, compare it for yourself, everything is up to the manager’s discretion so oftentimes that means, the manager is getting a lofty bonus. If you are fluent in German, pump that up here, you will go places, regardless of talent, skills or experience. For newer employees, hiring can take forever, we’ve had temps for 1-2 years sometimes just because of “delays”, just don’t let this be your best option.
