Pros

For the most part, great people. Some managers are the reason entire departments have not left.

Cons

Low pay, very limited room for advancement if you aren't in sales, mediocre benefits, no annual increases, USA bonuses discontinued, bureaucratic. Managed in the most part by the German Head Office, who seem to think underpaying by 8-15% is acceptable. Very poor training upon hire, unclear expectations, vague job requirements, inefficient systems. Very frustrating environment, especially because they expect you to 'just figure it out' on things that should have a standard procedure. Work/life balance is non-existent. Lack of administrative support adds to the inefficiencies- hardly any help with basic administrative tasks, and difficult software make it incredibly hard to make progress.

Pros

At this time the only pro is that it was a job and paid the bills. It was a good stepping stone for people to go to work at Spirit.

Cons

Kept have same issues, and never changed the management that was causing problems. Layed off the wrong people!
