Will pay for additional training, rewarded for going above and beyond your responsibilities, enjoy my fellow co-workers, have a great boss, room to grow, good environment, VP is great and actually cares about people.

Cons

No yearly raises, you can get a raise but it can be more difficult than it should be.

Fairly typical 8-5 hours. Nice people to work with. Digs we quite adequate. If you work well under high stress and waiting for the other shoe to drop, this is your place.
