Pros

Work from home, Nice team

Cons

inefficient communication at the company level, careless attitude towards employees, all benefits are cut so that later the company can brag about super profit for the previous year but you receive a shameful bonus

Pros

I have a job in this climate. Thank God.

Cons

I started with this company when it was USA Truck. Since DB Schenker took over, employees have been extremely overworked. USA Truck had been implementing work life balance practices prior to the merger. Post merger- DBS has taken away two holidays, floaters, etc. Employees are now overworked and underpaid. In addition, the new CEO has ordered employees to return to office full time. Mental health and morale is completely out of the window. Luckily, I found a new role for a company that values their employees and a healthy work life balance.
