Cons

- Varies from department to department - "One team, one goal" simply does not exist. Every department fights the other one. - Management is far away and spends/wastes millions of euros for internal marketing/advertisement.

Cons

Management is shady. Lots of cliques and lots of family and friends hired with no thoughts of keeping good employees. its like a popularity contest for the managers. many are overworked and underpaid no raises for three years bad employees stay the longest because they are protected by bad managers and then they quit leaving good employees to clean up months of work
