Lots of Cons list is long like: Very old technologies for their legacy product nothing to gain on skills even you can miss out what you know micro management and that too for their own lots of policies just to mention no use of them and if have any problem with any thing espicially with senior and old members than you are out in no time stating performance issue either you're the best performer of team. Nothing matters if you complain to any of the management members they will look out for the other member do that no action be taken against their old buddy and fool you out and ghost you till you are out of the company.

Good if you are a regular agent and union member, since the union benefits are good.

Cons

It used to be a great place to work. Terrible management has ruined the company, especially at the JFK location. Too much micromanagement and no employee appreciation.
