Not much to be honest. Office is modern and nice. Canteen food is good and cheap

Cons

8 hours a day of working with idiots. No investment in training, no communication. No pay rise in 4 years. No career. Just a number, they don't care about you only what you output.

Great people to work with who are non management. The atmosphere is relaxed. You get a paycheck. Just stay long enough though to find a great career somewhere else.

Cons

NO raises, no raises, oh did I mention no raises yet!!!! Also Management will not listen to what you say. if you are great at your job, they actually punish you with an obscene amount of work.
