Your better off with no job than to work for schenker
Pros
There are none, its mainly a place that everyone has worked at and nobody likes, I wouldn't even call it a job, I'm really not sure what it is.
Cons
If your 5 year old is in the hospital on their death bed(not excused), They count points against you for using your paid benefit sick time. Pay is way below average with next to no hours in the winter time, Very harsh towards employees, Highest turnover I've ever seen, Apparently nobody is qualified to work for this company because they fire a ton of people, constant criticism and write ups, labor laws don't exist here, you get 3-15min breaks in 12 hours, Impossible to safely meet performance standards. Forklifts are unsafe, I've actually seen wheels fall off of them. This is the saddest company I've ever seen.
