Pros
Use to be able to get more hours then you even wanted. Not sure if they brought the 365 day mandatory overtime back yet.
Cons
Management does not know what they are doing. They also have an issue of abusing power. The horror stories of harassment and retaliation are ridiculous. The company is trying to replace everyone with automated robotic machines so, they try to fire you every opportunity they get. Unless your one of the supervisors favorites or a target of theirs for inappropriate relations your constantly harassed, stalked (not exaggerating), and threatened with termination. I’ve seen them fire their best workers and brake up great teams all because they couldn’t intimidate them. The company never keeps its word whatever they may promise to do they almost always never follow through. I promise you just ask the veteran employees when you get there there might only be 20 left due to the extremely high turnover rate. Was told the current employees were given only 72 hrs by the new company to look over their acceptance letter with no raise or be fired.
