1. Good working Environment 2. Have 13th month bonus 3. Most people are ok except some with attitude problem.
Cons
1. What they said during the interview and what I experienced is different. 2. Poor management in the Jurong East Department 3. Don't want to give manpower, want to cut cost but love to talk about KPI in their early morning briefings. 4. As an employee, you won't see much improvement on their system and process even after giving much feedback. They will drag for months. 5. The more you work hard, they will expect you to work even harder. 6. Everything is urgent, constant rushing, no time for lunch and no time to breath. 7. Most of the early morning briefing has no effect, we can't hear and don't know what they are talking about. 8. DB Schenker what a great brand, but I was shocked by the ground reality. Maybe it is due to the poor project and the poor management of the individual Jurong East department.
