Not a very good place to work, it is Ok for new immigrants, if you need to start somewhere and then move on

Great location, free coffee, good benefits, OK place to gain local experience and look around before you are ready to move on

Cons

No life/work balance, low pay, long hours expected, disrespectful attitude from managers and supervisors, no possibility to grow, favoritism , no engagement, some people get promoted for no obvious reasons, no transparency, nobody would tell you if you are doing a good job or not, high turnaround rate, no leadership

There is flexibility and room to pitch ideas. The environment is fast paced and plenty of exposure (work) Plenty of opportunities for promotion due to high turn-over.

Cons

Unclear expectations on tasks, yet expected to perform. Clarifications are answered with judgement. Temperamental bosses that communicate in a rude tone, resulting in stress, anxiety in the workplace and high turn-over rates. Experience varies according to the department you are in. Though I did not experience this, I was advised by seniors not to rotate in offices that are not in the main building as those divisions are infamous for being the worst in management.
