Pros

professionally great company, reliable products to sell to customers, requires however lot of work to ensure this high level service is being delivered

Cons

no mentor environment, inter company promotions are far and few, takes a lot of internal politics to ensure your own career is moving along. very easy to be put on the sideline and "forgotten".

Pros

Free lunch after our monthly meeting Nice office and central location

Cons

No advancement opportunities No raises except for executives, which gives you little incentive to work hard. It's also infuriating to know the highest paid are the only people the company apparently values. Poor managers in some departments: I had two decent managers and three completely incompetent ones. I was doing their job and could not take a day off due to their lack of confidence in their ability to perform their job without me there. I tried to address issues about this to HR. I was essentially told the only solution is to look for another job. My incompetent former manager is still working there in case you're looking to be subservient to someone you're probably much sharper than. Senior management in several departments are aware some of their employees are careless, negligent, and constantly make mistakes others have to correct. They keep them around out of pity. Charity is a good thing except that it's hurting the company as a whole. People like to shuffle problems from department to department until it's so convoluted you can't tell who actually "dropped the ball."

Pros

IT Systems:Tango with Master Files;Editrade Knowledgeable Customs Broker If not mean girl high school bullying personality that backstab and gossip, then the general people are good to work as a team

Cons

Profile experienced workers to low ball pay grade for slave treatment (no respect, lies, manipulate success so cliques can gossip and backstab), can take credit for your work in file count via working you as slave while a whole salary is paid to member of clique in OT pay on top of their salary without issue, management will not put in writing SOP so can play games between level of training and long term success of your employee, do not use yes employeement cause they are part of this three new people always hired to fire so cliques can keep going, it is a waste of time to attempt to try this company that is now going to be centralized lime other ff due to management unethical treatment without suffice reason other than her life sucks so she makes your life suck too to push you out the door. Get everything in writing to protect yourself from demeaning verbal abuse as you are buried in a work load that only keeps her job... You will never be printed out of department
