Pros

The people in day to day operations are wonderful to deal with. The pay and benefits were competitive for the market and mainly inline with what you will find.

Cons

Accounting and technology systems are a disaster. The absolute worst i have seen in my professional career. The new systems they are onboarding need a lot of work, and are very labor intensive. They do not have any KPI for new system, so they have no idea how much staffing they require and are usually grossly understaffed.

Pros

You will quickly expand your network and meet many new people due to the revolving-door of hiring and firing, constant reductions in force and regime change. If you know how to look busy, play politics, have no aspirations and are a yes-person, you can subsist here indefinitely. You will learn how to handle leaders who are sociopaths and bullies and thus be able to identify and avoid them going forward. You will enhance your ability to know when your managers are lying to you. You will learn how to sleuth out details about the company's decisions and processes despite all attempts to keep you in the dark. You will become a pro at short-term survival despite awful communication, lack of direction, conflicting strategies and constant subversion. You will become adept at personal budgeting as you will not receive a salary increase regardless of your performance.

Cons

I honestly can't think of a single "con" about this company. Everything I could express is in the "pros" section for your review.

Pros

I got great experience with Tier Level 2 and Level 3. I fixed many machines and go to work closely with the teams for resolutions. Can be stressful, but rewarding

Cons

Upper Management. They only seem to care about their employees, never contractors. It doesn't matter how much better you are at your job than the employees, you will always get mistreated and left out. Do not accept a contractor position with this company.
