Challenge is real in the job either political, operational, limitation of resources .... to me sounds exciting but maybe if this continues endlessly then it would negatively impact my decision!

Cons

Basic or clear job description is not given on time, other thing related to targets agreements, commercial decisions, and such communications goes from top to bottom, therefore even CEOs requires approvals from Global HO before taking any action!
