Safe work environment, which is promoted often. Nice coworkers along with caring supervisor. Occasional treats such as donuts and pizza.

Cons

Uncertain future with the company transition to XPO, sudden announcement of losing contract left current employees scrambling for answers. Committing half of your week working there.
