Weekly paycheck, overbearing or apathetic management, Blame culture, office politics, slackers get promoted hard workers get screwed.

Cons

I should have left this job years ago, but 12 hour shifts 3-4 days a week leaves you with no energy to enjoy the measly pay the reward you with. Steer clear of this place!
