      Pros

      Sales team itself is very supportive, easy to work with one another. Flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Terrible customer service/operations team, not supportive which then forces Sales to be involved in certain operational roll. Salary range is slightly below average in market. Company promotes those who work long in the company instead of those who performs well in short term. Products not flexible to customers.

      The pros are far and few.

      Cons

      Same as the pros. Tidious things that add up over time and if a employee works hard and out perform the other team members, that employee is punished by taking on the extra baggage followed by insults from "upper management"
