Okay Company if you stay away from their Chesapeake office. Zero Rating!

Salaries are the only pro there. But not worth it.

Cons

Everything. Upper management at the Chesapeake office have been there for ages and do not treat employees with respect. As a result, turnover is extremely high. I would never recommend anyone to work there.

Cons

Not much benefit, very basic kind. Supporting department such as HR seems lagging behind to its peers.
