Pros
Worked with mostly good people, uncomplicated job, better than average pay to start, and defined roles all made this an easy place to work. Yes, when it's busy you're always go go go and it can be physically demanding at times, that's just good blue-collar work.
Cons
A vocal handful of longer term employees have a bug up their backside about getting a union in the warehouse, past the point of it being a distraction. Anyone who's been in the business for a while knows there are things a company has to be able to do to remain competitive in the business; this handful only cares about money. Their constant heckling of management can be disrespectful at best and counterproductive and job-killing at worst (ie "workforce reductions"), and honestly I had much less problem with a management group that tried to do all sorts of things to boost morale than I did with the employees who actively sought to kill the morale in the first place.
