I am not sure yet what could be the pros to work here. Probably I have to leave.

My colleagues told me that previously Schenker Latvia was good place to work for, but today it is not anymore due to the highest management. The highest management is not competent and is not intelligent just like many latest actions which has led to a badly organized working environment, a reduction in team know how. I am also amazed at the fact that local highest management jeers at regional management decisions and efforts to transform the company and company culture, ridicule the postponement of the implementation of the SSC etc
