There are nice hardworking people at Schenker

Cons

Management is shady. Lots of cliques and lots of family and friends hired with no thoughts of keeping good employees. its like a popularity contest for the managers. many are overworked and underpaid no raises for three years bad employees stay the longest because they are protected by bad managers and then they quit leaving good employees to clean up months of work

good benefits and nothing else.

Cons

good benefits except for the healthcard eastwest which sometines rejected by accredited hospitals, started from very good policies and now becoming micromanaging, do not focus on people 1st reason of high attrition rate, salary no t aligned to each person's assignment/tasks . you will learn people with the same position doing harder task but being paid less, high rate politics
