Pros

Good stable hours, and expensive but good benefits. Coworkers are all nice to your face.

Cons

Crappy pay. Horrible small office setting full of females who gossip about everyone else. The office manager is a cold hearted rude disrespectful woman on a huge powertrip. She runs a terribly disorganized office setting and doesn't care anymore as she will be retiring in a few years. Paperwork gets misplaced. Entries are submitted incorrectly, clients are being constantly lied to and disrespected over the phone. Drivers that come to the office are treated poorly, high profile clients send paperwork in advance to avoid complications at the border and it gets misplaced and nobody takes responsibility for their lazy actions.. It's a Very busy setting office setting and people often become frustrated with one another.
