Absolutely love this company and it’s culture. In the Americas region, leadership from the executive team is top notch and you not only see the changes but also feel the commitment to “Primus” our commitment to one team. Everyone had a part to play and we are all aligning for another record breaking financial year! Bring on 2018!!!!

About 30 minutes of training then give you 1 week to sink or swim, they won't tell you how you are doing, they have a very high turn over rate.

Nice Office location, nice people to work with.

Cons

low payment, no work recognition what so ever(from the company admnistration or from direct bosses), unfair treatment, very little team work, the culture imposed by the corporation doesn't refect the behavior of it's employees, no raise for good employees and they maintain poorly engaged ones, because they don't have the budget to let them go, overwhelming others with the work the bad employee doesn't perform.
