None that I saw work pretty much every single day don’t have a life outside of there.

Cons

They are a company that works you into the ground. If an accident happens they terminate you even if the cause was equipment malfunction. Work associates 12 hr days 6 days a week. If you have a family don’t work there.

Pros

Being a large corporation, there is a lot of stuff one can potentially learn. Free bus shuttle services for Singapore employees. Co-workers are mostly friendly and helpful. A lot of OT hours.

Cons

Workload is often given too much to individuals. Workers are often seen as a headcount not as a person. Poor communication between workers and their management, which usually ends up with a lot of miscommunication and animosity. A lot of OT hours.

Most people are nice and easy to get along. Benefits are ok. Pay isn't the best but passable. Vacation right away.

Cons

Upper management are a bunch of bullies. Don't listen to anyone. Don't follow the rules that are in their sops. Make up stuff all the time.
