Hardly any pros. Perhaps lessons learned.
Cons
Very incompetent management. They restructure the company every few months by taking the same incompetent managers and putting them in another position (or worse - promoting them) and try to call it change. The only way to advance is to be buddies when a higher-up or their executive assistant.
