There are none unless you are comfortable working with backstabbing coworkers that run to the bosses and tattle on you.

Cons

Managers will call you in their office and ask you how a certain coworker is doing. Saying I don't know is not an option otherwise then youll be on their radar and then things become difficult for you.Why is this allowed to happen?
