Some benefits, mostly 401K, no other pros other than that.

Cons

Very low morale, unprofessional employees, overworked with no compensation. New "blood" is not appreciated for the knowledge they bring.

It was a 8am-4pm job. Unless you were on the night shift which was 7pm-3am.

Lots of Potential, but...

Pros

Some of the people are really great. Cool industry of which to be a part. If strategy works, will be a strong company. Part of a large global organization. Like any place else, there are terrific and caring colleagues and management, and some that are not. Benefits are good, but see Cons on compensation. Some departments are better on work-life balance than others.

Cons

Lots of hypocrisy, many leaders who don't "walk the talk," and favoritism. External hires are paid more than those who receive internal promotions. Lots of management change within the last year and the company is at a fork in the road. If the right path is chosen, the future is bright. If not, things will continue to deteriorate.
