Pros

You will find yourself with immense amounts of free time. Work hours are pretty decent and you will find many days end early.

Cons

Hostile/unsafe work environment. Hours are frequently cut.

Pros

Good work life balance, flexible hours (depending on your boss), good team and management. Good culture. Generally great people throughout. Competitive compensation, benefits, bonus. Beautiful new office near Pearson airport. CEO sets a relaxed tone.

Cons

Little opportunity for advancement or promotion. Little authority throughout the organization to make decisions, so much oversight from head office in Germany. Lack of growth results in constant cost cutting measures. Canada does well but the US division is a mess and hurts combined performance.
