Probably not worth it

Pros

Coworkers. Decent PTO and Sick time. Pay isnt bad if you can work your way up.

Cons

Not one single person above a manager cares about you at all, even with regular communication. With a merger coming, the CEO thought it would be a good idea to refer to people as "treasures or trash" in relation to the people being kept and those being laid off. A new director was hired in, cut an entire department, and reopened the roles in another state (where he wanted to move to) in less than a year (not merger related). The department was greatly profitable, it just suited him better. Pay is horrible to start, and takes a while to build.
