Mandatory line rate .Mandatory completion of all tickets, packing and shipping of all parts before allowed to go home, Usually 14 hours shifts. Will walk (Briskly) not run. Must maintain 100 parts pulled /hr. regardless of part, distance walked, or time 1st hour, or 14th hour. Could walk over 6 miles per shift. No safety regarding forklifts, they're trying to complete their jobs too, you just have to wait
