Your better off with no job than to work for schenker

There are none, its mainly a place that everyone has worked at and nobody likes, I wouldn't even call it a job, I'm really not sure what it is.

Cons

If your 5 year old is in the hospital on their death bed(not excused), They count points against you for using your paid benefit sick time. Pay is way below average with next to no hours in the winter time, Very harsh towards employees, Highest turnover I've ever seen, Apparently nobody is qualified to work for this company because they fire a ton of people, constant criticism and write ups, labor laws don't exist here, you get 3-15min breaks in 12 hours, Impossible to safely meet performance standards. Forklifts are unsafe, I've actually seen wheels fall off of them. This is the saddest company I've ever seen.

very easy going environment, laid back dress code, calm management, great for people with families or disabilities, good location, free water, covered parking and fun people

Cons

Low or no budget for expansion, they just re organize people when they to fill a spot from someone leaving(always quitting cause they NEVER fire anyone) oh yeah they never fire ANYONE, you can be a complete you know what but as long as you have your hand in the right persons pocket your good. old technology, old software, chairs that constantly break, poor housekeeping dirty AC so people are ALWAYS sick
